1.Destinations: We ship to virtually any country in the world. Note there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.
2.Costs: The shipping rates shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, courier rates may be higher than what we have listed on our site. In such cases we will inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order.


Shipping Availability Date

1.For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 2 business days after payment has been cleared.
2.For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
3.You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.


Delivery Date

All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected.

- For Express, over 90% packages can be arrived in 2 to 7 business days * (USA and CAN only)
- For Air Mail, over 90% packages can be arrived in 7 to 20 business days *

PooGGo wants you to be very pleased with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by Email at service@pooggo.com and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please Email Service Team at service@pooggo.com.

Restocking Fee
20% restocking fee is charged and Any shipping charges accrued from the PooGGo are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Instructions
1,Return the item to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
– Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
2,You MUST Email Service Team at service@pooggo.com for RMA number.
3,The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
    Include all original packaging materials.
    All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
    Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
4,Carefully repackage and double-box the item with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.
5,Send return package to the following adress:

6,We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
7,You must pay any return shipping expense.
8,Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Upon receipt of the returned item in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
